How do I make a return?
After reviewing, we will provide you via email with a return authorization and shipping address. Please note that many items are dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer and will need to be shipped directly back to them. Any items returned to our Massachusetts address without prior authorization will be forwarded on to the appropriate vendor and additional shipping charges will apply or will be deducted from your refund. Items must be received within 30 days from date of the authorization in perfect condition and in original packaging. All shipping charges on items that are not damaged or defective are nonrefundable, therefore deducted from the refund, and return shipment will be paid by the customer. The Purple Rose offers free shipping on a variety of products. If you would like to return an item that was shipped free and falls under returnable items, then the refund will be processed for the amount of the item minus standard shipping prices to cover our costs. Returned items that are unfit for resale due to (but not limited to) pet hair, cigarette smoke, or are dirty will be sent back to the customer with additional shipping charges.
We reserve the right to fix and exchange any item that is defective or damaged before the option of a refund is offered. This applies especially to custom items. Refunds or exchanges will be agreed upon once the items have been returned and reviewed. If an item is claimed to be damaged or incorrect and found not to be items will be shipped back to customer with additional shipping charges or a 25% restocking fee in addition to the original shipping, and return label costs will be deducted from the refund. This will be the choice of the customer.
