Shipping information
 
Because we have love for so many beautiful looks and brands, with extensive lines themselves, we are not always able to keep everything in stock.  We have arranged with most of our suppliers to have items ship directly to you from their warehouse, at no extra charge, in order for you to love your purchases sooner. Providers include but are not limited to UPS, USPS, and Fed Ex. Tracking #'s will be provided when available.

PLEASE NOTE: Free Shipping, when offered, is only available to addresses within the United States.

For orders out of the US, please email customerservice@purplerosehome.com for a shipping quote. Canada orders please place your order directly online. We will email you with a shipping quote.  Our order form is only a means of gathering your information, all payments are processed manually. Your order can still be can cancelled if the shipping quote does not suit you.

Expedited shipping is available more most items.  Just click "edit your shipping information" on the checkout page.

*PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT ALL SHIPPING TIME FRAMES ARE A GUIDELINE.  

Items may deliver sooner and in some cases after the proposed ship date, which is out of the hands of The Purple Rose. The Purple Rose will notify the customer as soon as we are aware if your order is on back order or may be delayed beyond a reasonable time frame.  Please be patient with any delayed orders as we are anxiously awaiting their ship date as well.

Aidan Gray:  Ships within 7 days if item is in stock directly from the Aidan Gray warehouse.  Out of stock items ship in 8-12 weeks. 
 
Bella Notte Linens:  Ships 6-8 weeks directly from Bella Notte.  Quick Ship items ship with in 7-10 days.  See "Quick Ship" items. 
 
Best Slipcover company (bsc): Ships in 8-10 weeks directly from BSC. 
 
Casafina Stonewear: Ships within 1 week if items are in stock.  Out of stock will vary but can be estimated. 

Dash and Albert: Ships within 48 hours if items are in stock.  Out of stock will vary but can be estimated.

Juliska: Ships within 1 week if items are in stock.  Out of stock will vary but can be estimated.
 
Mariposa: Ships within 1 week if items are in stock.  Out of stock will vary but can be estimated.
 
Matteo: Ships within 2-6 weeks directly from Matteo.  Fabrics may be back ordered for longer periods. Customer will be notified as soon as the information is passed onto The Purple Rose.
 
Oopsy Daisy: Ships within 2-3 weeks directly from the Oopsy Daisy warehouse.
   
Pine Cone Hill: Ships within 48 hours if items are in stock.  Out of stock will vary but can be estimated.
